Raw Material
Saw dust, Peanut-shell, Rice husk, sugar cane bagasse, Coffee Husk, Forestry Wastes, Wood Chips, Wood Shaving and many other Agro wastes. Wood, Wood chips, Wood shavings, Sawdust, Rice husk, Sunflower husk, Coffee Husk, Sugar Cane Bagasse, Peanut shell, Jute waste, Bamboo Dust, Grape skin & other agro & forest waste.
Working principle
Using the intrinsic attributes of the wood material, by spiral extruding at high temperature, under high pressur,
wood element in wood material becomes plastic and makes the fine fiber combine, and then stick solid fuel is formed.
Demand on raw material for briquetting:
(1)all biological material is ok,such as sawdust, wood chips, branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste etc.
(2)size of raw material: ≤6 mm
(3)water moisture: 8-12%( wet base)
Final briquette:
Dia.of final products: 40mm,50mm,60mm,70mm,80mm,90mm,100mm... for option
Finished state: square,Cylindrical six prismatic,hexagon for option
Length:can be controlled by yourself
Density: 1.2kg/cm3
Usage:fuel for catering industry,daily life,smeltery,animal husbandry,chemical industrial etc.
