Working principle:

The machine is the simulation of hand-chopping principle,widely used in hard, soft variety of roots, stems and leaves of vegetables and seaweed cut 

processing work.The final products shape can be slices, strips, cubes, segments, dices, grains and so on.

it is suitable for 1-20mm slice,the cubes thickness can be adjusted freely in 1-10mm mainly for hard vegetables like potatoes, carrots, melon potato etc.

This machine uses intermittent inorganic adjust structure, centrifugal slicing and reciprocating movement

 mechanism and a variety of advanced technology refined.The machine is designed ideally,
