 The wood chipper can process all kinds of wood logs, lumber,bamboo,branches,waste wood, specially designed for round logs, square blocks, wood staff, wood pieces and chips, and these all raw materials can be any moisture and any shape. 

Application & Special Usage 

The wood chipper machine is specified in producing chips, and the chips are widely used in paper making, shaving board,MDF etc. 
The specifications of the chip is: Length 20~50mm,thickness 2~5mm, and the width is less than 20mm.

How Does a Wood Chipper Work
On the frontage of chipper disc, there are grooves assigned for installing cutting blades. Wedge-shape adjusting blocks are filled at the bottom of blades to adjust their length outside, while behind blades are adjustable mats for regulating compensation length of worn blades. Along the direction of blades, there are interconnected gaps for the cut wood chips turning to the other side of chipper disc. Outside of disc are evenly deployed blades which can create air to blow wood chips out. After screening, large wood materials re-enter wood chipper for a second time chipping. Wood chips has uniform length.

Raw Material

Demand on raw material for briquetting:
(1)all biological material is ok,such as sawdust, wood chips, branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste etc.
(2)size of raw material: ≤6 mm
(3)water moisture: 8-12%( wet base)
