Years ago when i was working at my office, i received an email from Kuwait. The customer whose company engaged in automobile repair is seeking a machine for crimping air shock absorber. As a professional crimping machine factory in China, we have extensive experience in the research and manufacturing of crimping machines. Therefore, i replied to him that we could have an in-depth understanding of each other’s needs.

After repeated communication with customer, we gave them a positive response that we can manufacture the equipment they required. Within the following days, we received the air shock absorber samples sent by customer from abroad.

The principle of the air shock absorber crimping machine is the same as that of hose crimping machine we previously produced, so it is relatively easy to manufacture. The samples that the customer needs to crimp are springs and aluminum alloy components. By using different kinds of mould, the crimping machine can satisfy the different requirements of customer.

Through our joint efforts with the customer, this air shock absorber crimping machine was successfully produced. Due to the long distance, it was inconvenient for the customer to come to China for testing. We recorded a test video and sent it to the customer, which allowing them to observe the operation of the machine. After viewing it the customer was very satisfied with the machine and highly praised our work. This equipment is exactly what they wanted.
