Introduction

PG series bone crusher designed by Sapwells factory is a high efficiency claw type bone crusher. Crushing blade designed can disperse the force and improve the shearing force and impact resistance of blade. By increasing the blade cutting angle, front blade can crush the bone uniformly and improve the cutting efficiency. Blade is made by high grade alloy steel, have been processed by special heat treatment, it is with good wear-resisting property, thus can be used for long time.

Application

Bone crusher is specialized designed for crushing dry and fresh cow bone,pig bone,goat bone,chicken bone…etc. The broken range from 5 mm to 8mm. Widely used in variety of field sausage, ham, sausage, soup of raw materials, luncheon meat, meatballs, frozen food, salty flavor, bone marrow extracts, bone meal, bone glue, soup, bone peptide extraction, biological products, instant noodles, puffed food, complex spices, food ingredients, pet food and frozen meat and other hard materials.
