Brief Instruction

The Spice Powder grinding machine designed by Sapwells factory is made of stainless steel, it is featured by compact structure,easy to operate.It can grind grain/spice/Chinese herbs/chemical materials into 10-150 Mesh through changing sieves.The grinding powder is fine and uniform. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical ,food industries and so on.

Working principle

 1.Use the high speed between movable and fixed fluted disc to make the materials crushed by the tooth disc’impact, friction and collision.

2.Crushed material can directly get out from the grinding chamber to the discharging door, and then smashing into the collection bag.

3.Then the air comes out from the small hole of the bag without the fine powder, thus no waste and no pollution.
